The Ravenswood Australian Women’s Art Prize is an annual prize that was founded to advance art and opportunity for emerging and established women artists in Australia. There is no theme - artists should enter an artwork that best reflects their art practice. All media is accepted.

Prizes:

The largest professional art prize for women in Australia:

  • Main Prize - $35,000  (acquisitive)
  • Emerging Artist - $5,000 (acquisitive)
  • Indigenous Emerging Artist Prize of $5,000 (acquisitive)
  • Peoples’ Choice Award of $2,000
